How it Works ✍️

After you donate on Gofundme, please fill out this form and attach your receipt/photo of your pet. I will draw a pet portrait, you can choose between an 8”x10” digital print or a 5”x7” print mailed to your home. My e-mail is khomenokb@gmail.com for any concerns🙂💕
